Calvin Pickard is a current National Hockey League goaltender playing for the Edmonton Oilers. Drafted in the second round, 49th overall in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft by the Colorado Avalanche, Pickard has also played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Philadelphia Flyers, Arizona Coyotes and Detroit Red Wings. Fun fact, in 2017, Pickard was the first player selected by the Vegas Golden Knights in the 2017 NHL Expansion Draft however was put on waivers before the season started. In 2018, Pickard and his fellow Toronto Marlies teammates won the Calder Cup in the American Hockey League.
