Shipping:

How do I track my package?

You will receive a notification via email or text that includes your tracking number once your order has shipped. 


Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship all over the world.


Do I have to pay additional taxes, duties and custom fees?

Laws vary by country, so it depends on your country’s regulations. You are responsible for paying any customs fees upon delivery. We are not responsible for any customs fees charged. Whoever receives the package is responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes on the received order, even if it’s ordered as a gift. We don’t mark packages as gifts and we don’t falsify the total value of the package to skirt customs fees.


If you fail to pay the duties for your package and it is returned to us, you will have the option to have us ship the order back to you at your expense, or we can cancel your order and refund the cost of the products only. We will reach out to you if your package is returned to us.

How do I find products on your website?

We’ve made it so you can shop products multiple ways depending how you want to search for products. You can shop products by product type (ex. 3-slot, 6-Slot Vertical, Keychain etc.) which you can find on our home page. You can also shop products based on what gear it came from (ex. Leg Pads, Glove, Blocker, Player Gloves) which you can find in our home page or in our drop down menu.


Can I get custom products made?

Yes! We would love to create special custom pieces for you and your family from your very own gear!

I received a hockey card with my purchase. Is that the gear my products came from?

No, we send a hockey card with every order randomly picked from our hockey card collection.


Will you be restocking products from a certain goalie/player?

All our collection products are one of one. What we have made from the gear is what we have on our website. 


Does Second String buy and sell gear?

Yes! We don’t only purchase gear to make products out of them, we also sell gear in our Second String Pro Shop. We are always looking for unique gear to add into our collections or sell in our Second String Pro Shop, so if you have anything you’re looking to get rid of, drop us a message on social media or via email at secondstringlc@gmail.com to let us know what you have. Please include pictures of the gear so we can get a better idea of what you have. Please be aware we are very selective in what we bring into our collections so unfortunately we don’t take everything that's offered or potentially donated.
