David Rittich is a current National Hockey League goaltender with the Winnipeg Jets. The undrafted netminder made his way to the NHL when he signed with the Calgary Flames in June of 2016. While with the Flames, Rittich was selected to the 2020 NHL All Star game. Rittich has gone on to play for Nashville Predators, Toronto Maple Leafs and is currently the backup goalie in Winnipeg behind Conor Hellebuyck.

CCM Hockey started out primarily as a bicycle manufacturer in 1899. It transitioned into hockey skates after multiple competitors in the biking market forced them to shift focus and change strategy. Using scrap steel from their bicycle/automobile efforts, they were able to launch themselves into the skating world with other hockey equipment soon following.
