Ray Emery is a former NHL goaltender who was drafted 99th overall by the Ottawa Senators in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft. Emery went on to play 11 seasons in the NHL with the Ottawa Senators, Philadelphia Flyers, Anaheim Ducks, Tampa Bay Lightening and the Chicago Blackhawks where he won a Stanley Cup championship in 2013. Emery received numerous awards and accolades throughout his playing career such as the William M. Jennings Trophy along with teammate Corey Crawford, awarded to the goaltender or goaltenders who give up the fewest goals in the season and was a two-time Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy finalist for his dedication and perseverance. On July 15, 2018 Emery tragically drowned in Hamilton, Ontario at the age of 35. Nicknamed the "Razor” for his aggressive play and fierce competitiveness, he will always be loved and admired by his teammates and fans.

Over the years, Brian’s has supplied a large number of well established NHL goaltenders such as, Felix Potvin, Trevor Kidd, Sean Burke, Garth Snow, Ed Belfour and more recent NHL goalies like Craig Anderson, Jaroslav Halak, Antti Raanta, Robin Lehner and Thatcher Demko. Over the years, numerous goaltenders of all ages have looked to Brian’s Custom Sports to give them a unique look to separate themselves from others which truly has made Brian’s the King Of Custom in the goalie community.
