Ben Bishop is a former National Hockey League goaltender who was selected 85th overall in the 2005 NHL Entry Drafted by the St. Louis Blues. Bishop went on to have a 13 year career in the NHL, playing for teams such as St. Louis, Ottawa, Tampa, Los Angeles and Dallas. Standing 6'-7”, Bishop is considered one of the tallest goalies to ever play in the NHL. Bishop was a 3 time Vezina Trophy finalist as the leagues top goaltender while compiling 413 games played, a 2.32 GAA and a .921 SV%, Bishop had an incredible career that was cut short by a ling degenerative knee injury that forced him to retire in the winter of 2021.
