Mike McKenna is a former National Hockey League goaltender who was selected in the 6th round (172nd overall) by the Nashville Predators in 2002. McKenna went on to have a long professional career making stops in Tampa Bay, New Jersey, Columbus, Arizona, Dallas, Ottawa and Philadelphia. Since retiring from professional hockey, McKenna has move into the broadcast and journalist side of the game, hosting the 6 Degrees With Mike McKenna podcast and also working as a color analyst with the Vegas Golden Knights from 2019-2021. McKenna is currently working for DailyFaceoff.com as a NHL Analyst and also appearing on The Discussion Room on SiriusXM NHL Network with Steve Kouleas and Shane O’Brien.
