Windy City Blocker

Robin Lehner is a current National Hockey League goaltender with the Las Vegas Golden Knights. Drafted in the 2nd round (46th overall) in the 2009 NHL Entry Drafted, Lehner has gone on to have a successful NHL career, playing for teams such as the Ottawa Senators, Buffalo Sabres, New York Islanders and the Chicago Blackhawks. Lehner has become a big advocate for open discussions about mental health, addiction and trauma and pushed forward to be a vocal leader about these concerns not only in athletics but society. Recently sidelined for the entire 2022/23 season due to hip sugary, Lehner hopes to be back next season to regain the net for the Golden Knights.

Brian’s Custom Sports was originally founded by Sonny Stomp and Brian Heaton in a small sporting goods store in Kingsville, Ontario in 1984. Brian’s immediately became a leading Canadian manufacture of custom built goalie equipment in the hockey industry. The Brian’s factory is still located in Kingsville, Ontario and still supplies some of the best goalies in North America with equipment to this day. Over the years, Brian’s has supplied a large number of well established NHL goaltenders such as, Felix Potvin, Trevor Kidd, Sean Burke, Garth Snow, Ed Belfour and more recent NHL goalies like Craig Anderson, Jaroslav Halak, Antti Raanta, Robin Lehner and Thatcher Demko. Over the years, numerous goaltenders of all ages have looked to Brian’s Custom Sports to give them a unique look to separate themselves from others which truly has made Brian’s the King Of Custom in the goalie community.
